Prepare to become a certified welder at ETI! Enroll in our hands-on certificate program in Welding Technology and develop the skills and talent you'll need to start a great new career. Certified welders are in demand on construction sites, shipyards and private businesses across the country.

Our Skilled Welder program will help you:

Gain a well-rounded understanding of basic safety guidelines following OSHA-10 training requirements
Develop skills and confidence with material that includes basic math, blueprint reading for welders, proficiency with hand and power tools, basic metallurgy and general material handling found in welding environments
Participate in specific training modules designed to provide you with a thorough understanding of proper equipment setup and operation along with material preparation requirements
Prepare for certification of structural welding in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead welding positions in both groove (1G, 2G, 3G, 4G) and fillet (1F, 2F, 3F, 4F) weld positions
