Admission Procedures

Admission Requirements

Before a prospective student can be accepted, he or she must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 17 years of age by class start date.
Possess a valid driver’s license issued by the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles (or any other state’s Department of Motor Vehicles) and present a copy of that driver’s license to a school official for verification and record-keeping purposes.
Have a clean criminal record that contains no felony convictions of any sort.
Certify that he/she has a United States High School Diploma, the High School Equivalence Certificate (G.E.D.), or pass "Ability to Benefit" examination.

After acceptance, but before the start of class, each student must:

Provide a copy of his or her driver’s license to a school official for verification and record-keeping purposes.
Provide written consent for the school to conduct a routine criminal background check on the student.
Complete an Enrollment Agreement Payment Addendum for payment of tuition.
Submit the advance of tuition according to the Enrollment Agreement Payment Addendum.

Failure to fulfill any of the above requirements may constitute cause to deny admission or reschedule the prospective student for consideration at a future class date.
